We specialise in assisting users with researching and booking travel experiences. However, it’s important to note that we are not a travel or tour agency and do not directly provide travel experiences ourselves. When booking through our platform, you now purchase a tour, ticket, or other service from a third-party supplier.

These Terms and Conditions govern any use of Royal Bookings’ services. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully as they outline important information about your legal rights, limitations on these rights, and details regarding applicable law and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Royal Bookings’ services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorised to access or use our services.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Terms of Service”), establish the terms under which Royal Bookings provides services (the “Services”) through its booking platform (the “Platform”), which may be accessed through our website (www.royal-bookings.com, including all related domains, white label and affiliate sites, mobile properties, and associated applications, collectively referred to as the “Website”) and via telephone.

When we mention “you,” we refer to anyone who accesses or uses the Services. Royal Bookings is not a travel or tour agency, nor does it directly supply tours, activities, or experiences. When you make a booking, you engage with third-party suppliers through the Platform.

These Terms of Service govern your interactions with us concerning your use of the Services, including any bookings you make for tours, tickets, attractions, activities, and/or experiences (referred to in these Terms of Service as an “Experience”) advertised on the Website and provided by third-party suppliers (each referred to as a “Product”).

By accessing or using the Services, booking a Product (“Booking”), and/or creating an account on the Website (a “Royal Bookings Account”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service without alteration, and you confirm that you have read and understood them. In all Booking arrangements, the individual making the Booking is considered to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons listed.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, and you acknowledge and agree that your continued access or use of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. The date of the last update to the Terms of Service will be indicated at the top of this page, and the revised Terms of Service will become effective upon posting. You are responsible for revisiting this page periodically to review the most recent version of the Terms of Service.

Use of the Services

By using the Services, you affirm that (i) all information provided by you during your use of the Services is truthful, precise, current, and complete, and (ii) you are at least 18 years old to access the Website. Royal Bookings does not knowingly gather information from individuals under 18.

Royal Bookings authorizes you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and to legitimately request Bookings for the offered Products. You agree not to use the Services for speculative, deceptive, or fraudulent requests or Bookings.

Additionally, you warrant that you

(a) are not presently suspended or previously prohibited by Royal Bookings from using the Services;

(b) are not representing a competitor of Royal Bookings;

(d) possess the full authority to enter into this binding agreement without violating any other agreements to which you are bound.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse access to the Services to anyone at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service.

You may encounter offensive, inappropriate, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise unsuitable content by accessing or using the Website. Royal Bookings does not endorse such content and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Therefore, you access and use the Website at your own risk.

Royal Bookings Accounts

To access certain features on the Website and other Services, such as Booking, you may be required to create a Royal Bookings Account and provide personal information about yourself. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your Royal Bookings Account password and login details (“Royal Bookings Account Credentials”). Any activities, including Bookings, conducted with your Royal Bookings Account are your sole responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of the unauthorized use of your Royal Bookings Account.

Your Royal Bookings Account is intended for your personal use only. You may not impersonate another individual (e.g., pretend to be a celebrity), create a Royal Bookings Account for anyone other than yourself, provide false personal information, or maintain multiple Royal Bookings Accounts.

Royal Bookings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to your Royal Bookings Account or your ability to use the Services, in whole or in part, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason. This may include termination or suspension if you misuse the Website.

Such action may restrict your access to your Royal Bookings Account, the Website, User Content, Website Content, and other associated information.

You can terminate your Royal Bookings Account anytime by contacting us and requesting account closure. Upon closing your Royal Bookings Account, any previously published User Content may remain accessible, and we are not obligated to remove it.

As a user of the services, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) Royal Bookings and its affiliates bear no responsibility for unauthorised bookings made using your Royal Bookings account and/or Royal Bookings account credentials, and (2) unauthorised use of your Royal Bookings account and/or Royal Bookings account credentials may result in liability to both you and other users.

Royal Bookings Website Prohibited Activities

The content and information provided on the Royal Bookings website (collectively called the “Website Content”) are proprietary to us, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, and other materials. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any Website Content without our prior written permission.

Moreover, you agree not to engage in or assist others in engaging in the following activities:

Using the Royal Bookings website or its content for any commercial or illegal purpose;
Employing any automated means or manual process to access, scrape, index, retrieve, or otherwise use the Website or its content without our express written consent;
Bypassing or circumventing any measures designed to restrict access to the Website;
Taking actions that may overload or strain our infrastructure or disrupt the normal functioning of the Website;
Deep-linking to any part of the Website without our prior written permission;
Embedding any part of the Website into another website without our authorization;
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Website
Using the Website for harassment, stalking, fraud, or any other unlawful activity
Sending spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications through the Website;
Engaging in review manipulation or conflicts of interest;
Promoting bigotry or discrimination against any protected class;
Infringing upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;

Transmitting viruses or other malicious software;

When you use the Royal Bookings Website or send electronic communications, such as emails or text messages, from your device to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. This communication may occur through various channels, including email, in-app notifications, or by posting messages on the Website. While you can opt out of marketing emails by contacting [email protected], we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as those related to upcoming bookings.

As part of our services, we may share information with affiliated companies to provide updates on special offers, products, and services that interest you. These communications, often in the form of newsletters and marketing materials, aim to better understand your preferences across our services and those of other companies. This helps us tailor our services to suit your preferences better.

Content

You and other users of the Website may contribute to the platform in various ways, such as by submitting emails, writing reviews, posting messages, uploading photos or videos, making comments or suggestions, filling out public profiles, rating other users’ contributions, and making similar submissions (“User Content”). We may utilise User Content in multiple ways, including displaying it on the Website, reformatting it, translating it into other languages, editing it for clarity and grammar, incorporating it into advertisements and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it, and permitting others to do the same on their websites, mobile properties, applications, and media platforms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Royal Bookings and its affiliates a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to:

(a) utilise, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, and perform such User Content worldwide in any media, now known or developed in the future, for any purpose; and

(b) use the name you provide in connection with such User Content. You acknowledge that Royal Bookings may choose to attribute your User Content at our discretion. You further grant Royal Bookings the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that violates your or Royal Bookings’ rights in the User Content by breaching these Terms of Use.

You acknowledge and agree that User Content is non-confidential and non-proprietary. If you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the User Content, you declare that:

(a) you do not require any personally identifying information to be associated with the User Content or any derivative works thereof;

(b) you have no objection to Royal Bookings or its licensees, successors, and assigns publishing, using, modifying, deleting, and exploiting the User Content;

(d) you release Royal Bookings, and its licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims that you could otherwise assert against Royal Bookings based on such moral rights.

Royal Bookings and its affiliates may display advertisements and other information alongside or included with your User Content on the Website. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, format, and scope of such advertising may change without prior notice.

The Website may feature discussions, review services, or other platforms where you and other users can post User Content (“Interactive Areas”). You are solely responsible for your use of these Interactive Areas and do so at your own risk. By utilising any Interactive Areas, you agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or publish through the Website any User Content that:

is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
encourages or provides instructions for criminal activities, violates the rights of any party, or creates liability or violates any local, state, national, or international law;
infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity, including Royal Bookings;
constitutes promotions, political campaigning, advertising, contests, raffles, or solicitations;
includes the private information of any third party, such as their address, telephone number, email address, Social Security number, or credit card number;
contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;
is unrelated to the topic of the Interactive Areas in which it is posted or
violate any subsections above, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas or the Website, or exposes Royal Bookings, its affiliates, or Website users to any harm or liability.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You assume all risks associated with such User Content, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or any disclosure of personally identifiable information. You affirm that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorise using such User Content as described herein. You may not suggest that Royal Bookings sponsor or endorse such User Content.

Royal Bookings assumes no responsibility and shall have no liability for any User Content posted, stored, or uploaded by you or any third party, nor for any loss or damage to it. Royal Bookings is not liable for any errors, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter.

Although Royal Bookings has no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor any User Content, it reserves the right. It has absolute discretion to remove, screen, translate, or edit User Content at any time and for any reason and/or to have such actions performed by third parties on its behalf. You are solely responsible for creating backups of your User Content at your own expense. Royal Bookings is not obligated to retain or provide copies of your User Content, nor does it guarantee any confidentiality regarding your User Content.

Any use of the Interactive Areas or other portions of the Website in violation of the preceding constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Website.

Links to Third Party Websites

The Royal Bookings Website may include links to websites operated by parties other than Royal Bookings (“Third Party Sites”). These links are provided for informational purposes only. Such links on the Website do not imply any endorsement by Royal Bookings of the content on such Third Party Sites or any affiliation with their operators.

Royal Bookings does not control Third-Party Sites and does not assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or any other activities conducted by their operators.

You are responsible for ensuring that any links you click on and/or software you download (from the Royal Bookings Website or Third Party Sites, including Software) are virus-free.

Copyright and Trademark Notices

Except for Third Party Content, all content on the Royal Bookings Website, including visual interfaces, interactive features, custom graphics, design elements, computer code, software, compilations, and other components, are the exclusive property of Infinite Destinations Limited. Royal Bookings is not liable for content on websites operated by parties other than Royal Bookings.

All other product or service names displayed on the Website, including those of the Products, are registered and/or common law trademarks of Royal Bookings, Inc. and/or its suppliers or licensors. These trademarks may not be copied, imitated, or used without written permission. Additionally, the website’s overall appearance, including page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, is protected as the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of Royal Bookings and may not be copied, imitated, or used without permission.

Any other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. Mentioning any products, services, processes, or other information on the Website does not imply endorsement or recommendation by Royal Bookings.

Tour Booking Availability

Tour bookings are available only up to three (3) months from the current date. Reservations for any date beyond this 3-month period are not possible and will not be accepted by the system.

Products and Booking Reservations

Royal Bookings operates the Platform that facilitates your engagement with third-party suppliers of Products (“Suppliers”). Royal Bookings does not supply any Product directly; your agreement to provide any Booked Product is now between you and the relevant Supplier. Royal Bookings acts as a disclosed agent for the Supplier, meaning that a Product listing invites you to make an offer to the Supplier. Royal Bookings can accept or decline such offers on behalf of the Supplier.

These Terms and Conditions govern your usage of the Services, including the Platform through which you may submit such offers to Suppliers. However, the provision of the Booked Product is subject to the terms and conditions presented on the Website, any information provided during the Booking process, and the Supplier’s terms and conditions with whom you have a contractual relationship for the supply of the Product.

If you have inquiries about a Product not addressed in the Website’s information and if the answer to your question could affect your decision to proceed with the Booking (e.g., whether a Supplier accepts pet companions), you are responsible for contacting Royal Bookings before making the Booking to obtain clarification. Once you’ve made a Booking, you are bound by the cancellation policy outlined in the Product listing.

By making a Booking, you agree to review and adhere to the Supplier’s terms and conditions and any other regulations or policies concerning the Product (collectively, the “Supplier Terms”). However, if there is a conflict between the Supplier Terms and these Terms and Conditions regarding your legal relationship with Royal Bookings, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Your interactions with Suppliers are at your own risk. Royal Bookings disclaims any liability for Supplier acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence, as well as any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from such interactions.

Royal Bookings is not a travel agency and does not own or provide any Experiences. Although Royal Bookings furnishes the Website with Product information and facilitates Bookings, such actions do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement of Suppliers by Royal Bookings nor imply any affiliation between Royal Bookings and Suppliers. While Royal Bookings Members may rate and review specific Products based on their experiences, Royal Bookings does not endorse or recommend any. You acknowledge that Royal Bookings is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of information obtained from Suppliers or displayed on the Website.

By making a Booking, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements with Royal Bookings and Suppliers and that all provided information is true and accurate. You also agree to utilize the Platform solely for legitimate Bookings for yourself and/or individuals with whom you are legally authorized to act.

Pricing

Each Product’s price will be provided per person unless stated otherwise.

Prices are calculated based on the current local tariff at the time of quotation and converted using the prevailing foreign exchange rate determined by Royal Bookings. Please refer to the sections below for details on currency conversions.

Price quotes may change without prior notice until a Booking is confirmed.

Unless specified otherwise by the Supplier, prices do not cover local taxes or usage fees, such as foreign departure fees, security fees, port charges, park fees, customs duties, immigration fees, agricultural fees, passenger facility charges, or international transportation taxes.

The Supplier determines inclusions. Prices do not cover tips/gratuities, passport and visa fees, baggage and personal insurance, personal items, taxes or duties, beverages, or food unless explicitly stated as included by the Supplier.

Currency Conversions

If Royal Bookings offers a currency converter, the displayed currency rates are sourced from various publicly available platforms and are intended as approximate references. These rates are not authenticated, and actual rates might differ. Currency quotations may not be updated daily, and Royal Bookings and its affiliates do not ensure or warrant accuracy.

Royal Bookings will not be held liable if prices change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Payments

When you book a service, Royal Bookings will collect your payment details and process your payment as outlined in the sections below. In this process, Royal Bookings serves as the limited payment collection intermediary for the service provider, handling your payment for the respective service(s) on behalf of said provider. Full payment via credit or debit card is necessary to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified. The recipient may appear as Royal Bookings or Infinite Destinations Limited on your billing statement.

Your booking amount might be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other additional fees. Your bank or payment card provider may convert the payment into the local currency and levy charges, resulting in variations between the amount displayed on the platform and the final amount debited from your account. Royal Bookings recommends contacting your bank or card provider for currency conversion or fee queries.

Modifications or Cancellations by You

After purchasing a Product, you cannot alter your Booking or cancel it for a refund unless the terms and conditions of that specific Product state otherwise. If you request changes to any aspect of your Booking (such as pick-up location or time), it’s up to the Supplier’s discretion to accommodate your request. You must ensure you’re at the designated meeting place at the communicated time and date. For certain Products, precise details will be sent to you via Royal Bookings’ messaging after Booking. Checking these messages and being at the meeting point as instructed is crucial. Failure to do so may result in your Booking being labeled as a “no show,” meaning no refund or rebooking will be possible.

The standard cancellation policy permits changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before the Booking start time or by 11:59 pm, two days before the start date for experiences without a specific start time. Timings are based on the Experience’s time zone. Cancellations must be made through the self-service options on the Website.

Some Products may have different cancellation policies. Always check the cancellation policy stated in the Product listing at the time of Booking, as it governs cancellation terms and refunds.

Modification requests, such as date changes, must be made online through the Website’s ‘Manage My Booking’ section. Royal Bookings does not charge a fee for implementing Change Requests, provided they’re received by the specified deadline. However, a Supplier may charge a fee, which you’ll need to pay to process your request.

All Change Requests are subject to Supplier availability and agreement. Royal Bookings doesn’t guarantee their success, and a Change Request is only successful if confirmed by Royal Bookings. If a Supplier can’t accommodate the request, cancellation terms apply. You’re responsible for canceling before the refund deadline, even if you await a Suplier’s response.

Making a Change Request after Booking may void any applied promotion code, discount, or special-offer price.

Other Adjustments and Cancellations

Occasionally, a Supplier might need to modify a Product post-purchase, such as altering the date, price, inclusions, coverage, age restrictions, or other features. In such cases, Royal Bookings (acting on behalf of the Supplier) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute any purchased Product at any time and for any reason. If the proposed change is significant (e.g., date change or major itinerary alteration) and you’re unsatisfied with the alternative offered, you’ll be eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price.

We may, at our discretion, deem it necessary or beneficial to safeguard our, the Supplier’s, and/or your interests by withdrawing our Services, overriding the Product’s cancellation policy, and effectively canceling a Booking. You agree that neither we nor the relevant Supplier shall bear any liability for such cancellations.

Passports, Visas & Insurance

Upon Booking, you must ensure that you comply with all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up-to-date.

You should refer to the relevant embassy or consulate for current passport and visa requirements, as these can change at any time. It is incumbent upon you to verify this information before finalising your Booking and before your departure. Royal Bookings bears no responsibility for individuals denied entry onto a flight or into any country, including transit countries.

Visa and health prerequisites may change unexpectedly, so Royal Bookings advises you to confirm these with the appropriate consulate before departure. Additionally, it is advisable to consult your healthcare provider for the latest vaccination recommendations for international travel and to ensure compliance with health entry prerequisites.

Royal Bookings strongly recommends acquiring comprehensive travel insurance before departure to safeguard your Product purchase. Such insurance may cover cancellation fees and associated expenses if you need to cancel or alter your travel plans. Be sure to carefully review the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy.

While most travel proceeds smoothly, specific destinations may entail higher risks. Royal Bookings encourages customers to research travel prohibitions, advisories, and warnings issued by the United Kingdom Government and the governments of destination countries before booking international travel.

Royal Bookings does not assert that travel to any destination is advisable or devoid of risk. Consequently, Royal Bookings disclaims liability for any damages or losses from travel to such destinations.

Our Liability

Please read this section carefully. This section limits Royal Bookings’ liability to you for issues that may arise concerning your use of the services. If you do not understand the terms in this section or elsewhere in these terms of use, please consult a lawyer for clarification before accessing or using the services.

The information, content, software, platform, and services provided by Royal Bookings may include inaccuracies or errors, including reservation availability and pricing errors. Royal Bookings, its parent, subsidiaries, and corporate affiliates (collectively, the “Royal Bookings Companies”) do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for, any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the products and other services (including, without limitation, the pricing, availability, photographs, features, inclusions and exclusions, general product descriptions, reviews and ratings, etc.). In addition, Royal Bookings expressly reserves the right to correct any availability and pricing errors and/or bookings made under an incorrect price.

Infinite Destinations Limited and its partners make no representations about the suitability of the information, content, software, platform, products, and other services for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by Royal Bookings.

All information, content, software, platform, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranty. Infinite Destinations Limited and its partners disclaim all warranties and conditions that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Royal Bookings, at this moment, disclaims all warranties and conditions about this information, content, software, platform, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

The suppliers are independent contractors, not agents or employees of Infinite Destinations Limited and its partners. Infinite Destinations Limited and its partners are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of any such suppliers or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from that place or otherwise arising from any booking or use of a product. Infinite Destinations Limited and its partners have no liability. They will make no refund in case of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond their direct control. They have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

In no event shall Infinite Destinations Limited (or any of their officers, directors, and affiliates) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of data or information or costs to procure substitute goods or services) arising out of, or in any way connected with, a product or a booking, or your access to, display of, or use of the services whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Royal Bookings has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Infinite Destinations Limited is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the services or with a booking or use of a product, then Infinite Destinations Limited liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of:

(a) the sum paid to Royal Bookings in respect of the booking giving rise to the claim, or

(b) one hundred euros(EUR 100.00).

The limitation of liability outlined in this section below reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms of use is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your Liability

You agree to defend and indemnify Royal Bookings and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, suits, proceedings, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, fees, expenses, costs, and any other liabilities of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to:

your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents referenced herein;
your violation of any law, rule, regulation, or guideline;
your violation, infringement, or misappropriation of the rights of a third party, including without limitation any rights of publicity or privacy;
your use of the Services (including the Website); e. your Booking or use of any Product; or f. your negligence or willful misconduct.

The company owns the brand Royal Bookings, operates under the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Infinite Destinations Limited’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any disputes or claims arising from or related to them, are governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales.

Forbidden Countries
